The Daiwa Prorex XR TWS 300PL baitcast reel was developed especially for heavy fishing for big pike with large swimbaits. In addition, the reel offers exactly the right line capacity for strong braids and, thanks to the 300 reel body, also the optimal balance for heavy baitcast rods.

The Hyper Drive design concept includes the combination of numerous technical details that make this reel a real power pack with a long service life. The Hyper Drive Digigear offers the latest technology in terms of gear design and durability. Larger teeth in the drive wheel ensure enormous power transmission and smooth running. Thanks to the Hyper Double Support, the Pinion gear is mounted on both sides by a ball bearing in such a way that there is better power transmission when cranking under load and a longer service life. The Hyper Tough Clutch prevents the freewheel lever from turning unintentionally during the throw and offers a high level of security for strong throws. The Hyper Armed housing made of aluminum ensures a permanent, optimal and torsion-resistant bearing of the gear in the reel body.
